At SpaceOasis, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at spaceoasisshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Store Credit Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future SpaceOasis purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.
