Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated delivery 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated delivery 2–4 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery for international orders is 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. SpaceOasis is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at spaceoasisshop.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
